Registration fees (in EUROS)

(IEEE Life member pays Student Member Registration Fee for Member registration benefits)

IN-PERSON registration fees will cover access to all planned conference sessions including workshops, proceedings, coffee breaks, 4 lunches (mon-thu), welcome reception, banquet dinner.

In-person Workshop Only registration fee will cover 2 coffee breaks, 1 lunch and access to one workshop.

* Student registration can be used to attend the conference, but CANNOT be used for the publication of accepted papers.
One single extra paper for the same author may be included in a registration.
For registrations coming after 1st August, the banquet dinner is not guaranteed.

VIRTUAL registration fees will cover access to all planned conference sessions including workshops and proceedings.

Virtual Workshop Only registration fee will cover access to one workshop.

Conversion & Cancellation policy

For IN-PERSON participation:

Conversion to VIRTUAL participation: Possible until 31th July, 2021, with an administrative cost of 50 €.
The refund will be based on the virtual REGULAR fees if the demand comes after 29th June.
From 1st August you can still convert your registration to virtual but there will be no refund for that conversion.
Cancellation of IN-PERSON participation is not possible.

For Virtual attendance:

Conversion to IN-PERSON attendance is not possible.
Cancellation requests of VIRTUAL participation will be assessed by the commitee. Please send an e-mail to case2021@emse.fr
